Tenant References

We perform full reference check on all name tenants and guarantors. These include:

References from previous landlords.
Employment checks.
CCJ checks & right to rent checks.

Tenant Onboarding

Producing tenancy agreement.
Collecting first month's rent and deposit.
Deposit registration.
Property inventory and check-in.

Rent Collection

We will collect the tenant's rent, and pass this onto landlords. Should a tenant ever be late with their rent, we will send the appropriate reminders in accordance with the regulation guidance. If it comes to it, we will also assist with any tenant eviction process.

Maintenance Support

As tenants report any maintenance issues, we will review these and gather quotes for the work. These are then sent to the landlord for approval, once approved, we will arrange for the work to be carried out.
