OUR SERVICE

FINDING TENANTS

This includes arranging professional photography of your property, advertising your property online, responding to tenant queries, as well as arranging and hosting viewings

RENT COLLECTION TENANTS

We will collect the tenant's rent, and pass this onto landlords. Should a tent ever be late with their rent, we will send the appropriate reminders in accordance with the regulation guidance. If it comes to it, we will also assist with any tenant eviction process.

TENANT REFERENCES

We performe full reference check on all name tenants and guarantors. These include; references from previous landlors, employement checks, CCJ checks and right to rent checks

MAINTENANCE ISSUE

As tenants report any maintenance issues, we will review these and gather qoutes for the works. These are then sent to the landlord for approval, and once approved, we will arrange for the work to be carried out.

TENANT ON BOARDING

This includes: • Producing Tenancy Agreement • Collecting 1st Month's Rent and Deposit • Deposit Registration • Property Inventory and Check-in
